Get Real, Bloggers without makeup tag

OK, so Stephanie, over at http://adventuresinbabywearing.blogspot.com/, is having a giveaway and she wants us to show ourselves, if we dare, without makeup.  Well, since I rarely use makeup, although I should not come out of the dark without it on, that is an easy one to find.   In fact, you’d have a much tougher time finding one with makeup on.  It’s funny because every year around my birthday I say this will be the year of makeup, I’m geting old y’all and need to cover up that baggage!  About 27 minutes after my resolution, it is gone for another year.  Oh well, at least I’m lacking most of the zits I’d otherwise have due to clogged pores.  Yeah, there’s an excuse, cause we all know how many zits you can get from mascara!

  1. Hey Amy.. I’m having major issues with my spaces site. I’m seriously thinking of moving.. What do you think of wordpress?

Hope this comment finds you and yours well. And you look great without make up.. Me not so much. All blotchy and washed out.

    Blessings my friend

  2. You absolutely don’t need make up to look both beautiful and glowing. What a face on that daughter of yours!!!! I don’t know who looks more joyful, you or her. Great picture.

  3. You go girl! I will not be participating in this competition. I do not enjoy posting pics of myself in full paint, much less without! So, I hope you win!! You look fabulous without!

  4. Yeah! You did it! 🙂 You look great and the baby in the pic doesn’t hurt a thing! 🙂 Hee Hee… she looks just like you!

  5. You look great without make-up. I used to wear make-up at least in the morning before going to work but I don’t have much time now so I do not wear make-up anymore.

  6. I too very rarely wear makeup and was thinking the same thing about how hard it would be to actually find a picture with me wearing it than without. You and your little one are absolutely beautiful!!

  7. Courage- a woman who shows her true beauty, the beauty God blessed her with, without any additions or enhancements!

You have courage Amy, and you look beautiful! 🙂

  8. You are a QT patootie! When I did put makeup on the kids all get excited and ask where we are going today!
I finally updated your link from my site.

  9. I snuck out of the house for a powerwalk this weekend without makeup…I wore big, dark sunglasses! No makeup IS NOT PRETTY when you’re 50!

  10. I’m in the “rarely wear make-up” group as well- maybe a little chancy at *gulp* 44- but much easier on my time & wallet 🙂

  11. Hi, Amy!

What a cool idea. Aren’t we all suppose to be real, anyway? I started at Blogger, and we’ll see what happens. My site is called “Aunt Mouse’s Garden”. I’m glad I had found you! Now we can keep up with each other!
