Thursday Thirteen

Stressed out?Β  I’ve come up with Thirteen ways to relax today

1. Get a full body massage

2. Take a bath with aromatherapy scents

3. Practice meditation

4. Take a walk

5. Play with a baby (preferably not a crying one)

6. Do something nice for someone who can’t pay you back

7. Have a cup of tea

8. Put some soothing music on your MP3 player and just listen

9. Laugh

10. Call a friend and talk about absolutely nothing πŸ˜‰

11. Watch a silly movie from your past

12. Eat some really silky cheesecake or rich chocolate

13. Take a nap.Β  It will do wonders for you!

    I so needed these today (for tomorrow – Thursday)!! For the last month or so I’ve been so stressed at work, home, and I started back to college. I am going to take some time out and RELAX!! Thanks for the great tips.

    Those all sound like things I would like to do to relax!! And I actually did take a nap with Lindsay yesterday, and it felt so good too!

    And Mmmmmm… to #12! Sounds really good to me!
